Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies to grow our brand presence across all social media platforms. You will play a key role in crafting engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, and videos) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and reviews to foster community engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and platform algorithms to ensure optimal engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align content and campaigns.
• Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
• Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Creative mindset and a passion for connecting with audiences through engaging content.
• Experience in graphic design or video editing (using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus.
